We are looking for an enthusiastic Sous Chef to join our kitchen brigade who as an individual that loves nothing more than cooking the best of seasonal fresh ingredients to produce quality food.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a friendly professional team in our new kitchen and recently rebranded restaurant. You will have amazing views of the ocean from the ocean while you carry out your duties.
Sous Chef Criteria:
·The Sous Chef will be passionate about cooking with experience of both banqueting and restaurant essential ( potential to rosette level)
·The Sous Chef will be responsible for high levels of hygiene control and health and safety throughout the department
·The ideal Sous Chef must be self-motivated with previous relevant experience
·Experience of cooking seasonal and fresh produce
·Managing the Kitchen in the head chefs absence
