7 Days Cancellation Policy
Should you not be able to stay at Camelot Castle as planned, please inform us at least 7 days prior to arrival, in order to avoid any expense. If any deposit or money towards the reservation was taken it will be returned less an administration fee of £35 per booking. A cancellation of less than 7 days before the date of arrival is subject to a charge of 1 night per room. Christmas Reservations are subject to 50% non-refundable deposit payable when making the booking. For Bank Holidays, NYE, Valentine’s and Easter cancellation less than 28 days before arrival - charge equating to half of the total price of the booking will be applied, but if a booking is made only for one night, full price for that night will be charged.

(All Deluxe Rooms and Suites are pet-free)
Dogs and cats are welcome at Camelot Castle - £20 per dog per night; £10 per cat per night (max 1 dog per room – max 20kg)

Children up to 2 yrs. stay free on existing beds.
Parking
Car park is free of charge to all hotel guests - space reservation is not required.
