Should you not be able to stay at Camelot Castle as planned, please inform us at least 7 days prior to arrival, in order to avoid any expense. If any deposit or money towards the reservation was taken it will be returned less an administration fee of £35 per booking. A cancellation of less than 7 days before the date of arrival is subject to a charge of 1 night per room. For Bank Holidays, Christmas, NYE, Valentine’s and Easter cancellation less than 28 days before arrival - charge equating to half of the total price of the booking will be applied, but if a booking is made only for one night, full price for that night will be charged.
